The Center and Accountability Coaching offer personal and professional development, from customized business training programs to personal growth seminars, including one-on-one personal and business coaching.

Patricia Clason, RCC, founder of both businesses and a highly sought-after presenter and author, has been writing and leading weekend intensives and corporate training sessions since 1975. The philosophy integrated into all of her work is personal responsibility combined with full, free and safe expression of emotion, with a focus on creating prosperous, fulfilling lives and better communities in a safer world.

The Center’s cornerstone program, Taking It Lightly, is a weekend emotional intelligence intensive workshop. Other offerings include the Successful Living Seminars series, Dancing in DeLight (a creative encounter weekend of personal creativity) and many other workshops at our Milwaukee conference center and other locations.
